Regression models for interval censored data using parametric pseudo-observations
Background Time-to-event data that is subject to interval censoring is common in the practice of medical research and versatile statistical methods for estimating associations in such settings have been limited.

In risk analysis, a global fit that appropriately captures the body and the tail of the distribution of losses is essential. Modelling the whole range of the losses using a standard distribution is usually very hard and often impossible due to the ...

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

Confidence Intervals from Censored Samples
Suppose a random sample of size $n$ is drawn from a normal population with mean $\mu$ and standard deviation $\sigma$ and that the sample has been censored either to the right or the left. Suppose the censoring is at a fixed point of the distribution or at a pre-specified sample percentage point, or is a combination of these two types of censoring.

Linear regression with interval censored data [PDF]
Consider the linear model \[ Y_i=\beta^{\text{tr}}Z_i+\varepsilon_i,\quad 1\leq i\leq n, \] where \(Z_i\) are known covariate vectors and \(\beta\) is an unknown parameter vector. We are interested in estimating \(\beta\) from the current status data such that \[ X_i=(\delta_i,T_i,Z_i),\quad 1\leq i\leq n, \] are observed instead of the usual \((Y_i ...

Changes in Immune‐Inflammation Status and Acute Ischemic Stroke Prognosis in Prospective Cohort
ABSTRACT Background Inflammation is a critical risk factor for poor outcomes in cerebral infarction. Prior studies focused primarily on baseline inflammation status, neglecting dynamic longitudinal changes. We try to investigate the association between immune‐inflammation status alterations and stroke prognosis, and evaluated three systemic biomarkers'
