Estimating Advertising Half-Life and the Data Interval Bias. [PDF]
We compare three methods of estimating the duration, or half-life, of how well each method works with the data aggregated over different time intervals. In contrast with the existing theory on the, so called, data interval bias, our experiments are based

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Neutrosophic Topp-Leone Distribution for Interval-Valued Data Analysis
Many issues in real life are riddled with confusion, vagueness, and ambiguity. The Topp-Leone distribution is a significant one-parameter probability distribution in the context of classical probability theory.

Meta‐analysis fails to show any correlation between protein abundance and ubiquitination changes
We analyzed over 50 published proteomics datasets to explore the relationship between protein levels and ubiquitination changes across multiple experimental conditions and biological systems. Although ubiquitination is often associated with protein degradation, our analysis shows that changes in ubiquitination do not globally correlate with changes in ...

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...
