A survey on pairwise compatibility graphs
Let T be an edge weighted tree and dmin, dmax be two non-negative real numbers where The pairwise compatibility graph (PCG) of T for dmin, dmax is a graph G such that each vertex of G corresponds to a distinct leaf of T and two vertices are adjacent in G

Hyperosmotic stress triggers the relocation of the CFIm complex from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. This shift creates a nuclear ‘stoichiometric bottleneck’, limiting CFIm availability for mRNA processing. Consequently, specific mRNAs like NUDT21 and DICER1 undergo targeted 3′UTR shortening, demonstrating how spatial protein dynamics drive rapid ...

The Phylogeny Graphs of Doubly Partial Orders
The competition graph of a doubly partial order is known to be an interval graph. The CCE graph and the niche graph of a doubly partial order are also known to be interval graphs if the graphs do not contain a cycle of length four and three as an induced

Evaluating the involvement of autolysosomes in the nuclear translocation of fluorescent proteins
Endogenously expressed fluorescent proteins can be degraded by autophagy and transported to cell nuclei via the nuclear pore complex. But in some cell lines, for example, HeLa cells which are positive for immunoreactivity of a receptor ligand, such as UCN I, in cell nuclei, fusion of autolysosome with the nuclear envelope is involved in the nuclear ...

Non-bipartite graphs of small Mahler measure
We classify all non-bipartite graphs that have Mahler measurebelow12(1 +√5). (The bipartite case was covered in an earlier paper by thesecond and third authors.

Limiting behaviour of random spatial graphs and asymptotically homogeneous RWRE [PDF]
We consider several random spatial graphs of the nearest-neighbour type, including the k- nearest neighbours graph, the on-line nearest-neighbour graph, and the minimal directed spanning tree.

Loss of AMBRA1 activates MAPK and angiogenesis signaling pathways in melanoma cells
Loss of AMBRA1 in melanoma cells activates multiple oncogenic pathways associated with tumor progression. Transcriptomic and protein network analyses revealed that AMBRA1 depletion enhances MAPK/ERK signaling, angiogenesis, TGF‐β/EMT signaling, and Wnt/axon guidance pathways.
