Abstract Autonomic nerves are crucial in cardiac function and pathology. However, data on the distribution of cholinergic and noradrenergic nerves in normal and pathologic human hearts is lacking. Nonfailing donor hearts were pressure‐perfusion fixed, imaged, and dissected. Left ventricular cardiomyopathy samples were also obtained.

Flow of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) in heart failure management. Heart failure (HF) patients with electrical dyssynchrony are first identified through screening. If electrical dyssynchrony contributes to HF deterioration, CRT is initiated to improve electrical synchrony.

The aortoseptal angle (cutoff 131.24°) effectively differentiates ventricular arrhythmia originating from the left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT). Combining the aortoseptal angle with the hypertension status and V2 transition ratio significantly improves its diagnostic accuracy.
