This review systematically maps the epidemiology, pathogenesis, and emerging therapies to propose a mechanism‑network‑targeted framework for integrated, personalized care in radiation oncology.

Achieving continence remains central to obstetric fistula recovery because of its strong association with improved social reintegration. However, the marked gains observed during the first 3 months after surgery suggest that early postoperative follow‐up and reintegration support may be important even for women with persistent symptoms.

Summary This case report is of educational value and contributes to the literature because it describes a unique death after anaesthesia due to cardiac tamponade from a rare cardiac neoplasm. In trying to diagnose the origin of chronic sinusitis, a geriatric mule mare was anaesthetised and during recovery, died acutely.
