Targeting COPA to Enhance Erdafitinib Sensitivity in FGFR‐Altered Bladder Cancer
Coatomer protein complex subunit α facilitates the transport of the cargo protein LRPPRC across the Golgi complex and enhances its stability, thereby increasing LRPPRC expression; LRPPRC promotes the stability of ID3 mRNA in an m6A‐dependent manner, thereby decreasing the transcriptional activity of p16 and p21, which leads to increased erdafitinib ...

PPY‐Induced iCAFs Cultivate an Immunosuppressive Microenvironment in Pancreatic Cancer
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma features abundant stromal components that hinder therapy efficacy. Single‐cell RNA sequencing analysis combined with experiments identified PPY, a gastrointestinal hormone, as a novel inducer of immunosuppressive iCAFs. Mechanistic studies revealed that PPY activates the non‐canonical NF‐κB pathway via EGFR.

Leukocytes sense mechanical cues provided by surrounding cells to regulate motility. Replicating the confining pressures applied by soft, elastic tissues in vitro is challenging. Here, the use of liquid‐liquid interfaces is introduced to model forces exerted by surrounding cells. Confining pressures are tunable by controlling interfacial curvature, and

In multiple sclerosis, the disruption of the blood‐spinal cord barrier (BSCB) induced by CXCL13 facilitates the infiltration of inflammatory cells into the central nervous system, resulting in demyelination and neuronal injury. Mechanistically, the deleterious impact of CXCL13 on the BSCB is associated with a reduction in tight junction protein ...
