ABSTRACT Herpes simplex virus (HSV) infection may trigger rare vascular complications that lead to multiple cerebral hemorrhages. This case emphasizes considering HSV in unexplained cerebral hemorrhage among immunocompromised individuals with systemic symptoms, as timely antiviral treatment effectively improves clinical outcomes.
