ABSTRACT Background Calcified plaque (CP) detachment (CD) and calcium fracture (CF) can occur following coronary intravascular lithotripsy (IVL). The extent to which CF alone facilitates stent expansion during CP modification with IVL remains unclear. Aims This study aimed to investigate the clinical implications of IVL‐induced CD.

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF CONTINUOUS INTRA-ARTERIAL INFUSION FOR CIRCULATORY DISTURBANCE IN TISSUE TRANSPLANTATION [PDF]
Causes of unsuccessful replantation after major or minor amputation and tissue transplantation include postoperative thrombosis of the anastomotic site, which is caused by narrowing of the recipient vessels secondary to intimal injury due to trauma and ...

An efficient gold‐catalyzed intramolecular cyclization of indole‐tethered alkynes using AgNTf2 as an additive has been developed, which provides bioactive exocyclic alkenyl tetrahydrocarbazoles with up to 85% yield. Control experiments and DFT studies indicate that the reaction proceeds via a 6‐exo‐dig cyclization pathway, with gold acetylide complexes

Non‐contrast MRI reliably captures perfusion abnormalities in status epilepticus
Abstract Objective To determine whether non‐contrast pseudo‐continuous arterial spin labeling (pCASL) detects status epilepticus (SE)–related perfusion abnormalities and shows quantitative correspondence with dynamic susceptibility contrast (DSC) perfusion magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and to compare single‐slice and volumetric approaches for ...
