Composition‐Aware Cross‐Sectional Integration for Spatial Transcriptomics
Multi‐section spatial transcriptomics demands coherent cell‐type deconvolution, domain detection, and batch correction, yet existing pipelines treat these tasks separately. FUSION unifies them within a composition‐aware latent framework, modeling reads as cell‐type–specific topics and clustering in embedding space.

Four decades of retinal vessel segmentation research (1982–2025) are synthesized, spanning classical image processing, machine learning, and deep learning paradigms. A meta‐analysis of 428 studies establishes a unified taxonomy and highlights performance trends, generalization capabilities, and clinical relevance.

Genetic Analysis and Correlation for Earliness, Yield and Its Attributes of some Yellow Maize Hybrids under Dense Planting Conditions [PDF]
Selecting maize hybrids that can tolerate growth at high densities is considered one of the most effective tools for increasing maize productivity. Accordingly, the purpose of this investigation was to the impact of intra-row spacing (15, 20, 25 and 30 ...

Single‐cell Spatial Transcriptomics Analysis and Denoising Engine is introduced as a unified deep learning framework that jointly performs denoising, clustering, and gene prioritization in spatial transcriptomics. By integrating linear and nonlinear representations within a dual‐channel architecture, it improves robustness and accuracy, uncovers ...

Influence of decreasing minisett weight and intra-row spacing on the coated ginger cv Taffin-giwa
The influence of varying minisett weights, intra-row spacing, sites and weather on yield of the ginger cv. Taffin giwa is discussed. Yield of fresh ginger at increasing miniseH weights has the same effects as decreasing intra-row spacing, both factors ...

This study established a closed‐tube LAMP‐LFD assay for detecting Rodentibacter heylii and Rodentibacter pneumotropicus. The method exhibited high sensitivity (detection limits of 10−5 ng/μL for R. heylii and 10−4 ng/μL for R. pneumotropicus), high specificity, reliable performance with clinical samples, and effective validation in experimental ...

AI‐Driven Mapping of Seizure Spread Patterns
Objective The focus of epilepsy research has largely been on seizure onset; however, physicians typically examine the patterns of seizure spread past seizure onset as well. This study aims to align automated seizure analysis with clinical practice, leverage deep learning to standardize seizure annotations that varies among physicians, and understand ...
