ABSTRACT Primary cardiac angiosarcoma should be considered in patients with hemorrhagic pericardial effusion and a right‐sided infiltrative cardiac mass. Atrioventricular‐groove involvement may cause rupture and right coronary artery compromise, requiring multimodality imaging and emergency salvage surgery; early multidisciplinary planning is essential

Cryoballoon‐based targeted superior vena cava isolation (SVCI) added to pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) improved 12‐month freedom from atrial tachyarrhythmia compared with PVI alone (90.9% vs. 76.4%, p = 0.037) without increasing complications, supporting systematic SVC trigger assessment in atrial fibrillation ablation. ABSTRACT Background The superior

We report a 13‐year‐old female with a giant right ventricular myxoma extending to the pulmonary trunk. The tumor was diagnosed by multimodal imaging and completely resected, with favorable short‐term outcomes. ABSTRACT Right ventricular (RV) myxomas account for < 5% of cardiac myxomas and are often asymptomatic, easily overlooked.

Neurocardiology: Brain–Heart Interactions in the Heart
The heart and brain maintain systemic homeostasis through bidirectional communication involving neural, biochemical, and mechanical pathways. Dysregulation of these pathways contributes to a spectrum of conditions involving heart–brain interactions, including Takotsubo syndrome, the epileptic heart, stroke–heart syndrome, heart failure, cardiac ...
