Transcriptomic Profiling of Canine Mammary Tumours Reveals Significant Heterogeneity Between and Within Histological Classes

open access: yesVeterinary and Comparative Oncology, Volume 24, Issue 3, Page 444-457, September 2026.
ABSTRACT This study presents a comprehensive transcriptomic analysis of 128 canine mammary tumours (CMTs), aiming to characterize their molecular landscape. Differential gene expression analysis (DGE), gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) and clustering based on the human PAM50 gene panel were applied to explore molecular differences between the ...

Tumor‐Derived LAMB3 Drives Immunosuppressive LRRC15+ Fibroblast Formation During Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma Development

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 45, 13 August 2026.
A single‐cell atlas of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma development reveals progressive ductal‐fibroblast‐immune crosstalk. Tumor‐derived LAMB3 drives the formation of immunosuppressive LRRC15+ fibroblasts through the ITGB1/FAK/MAPK/FOSL2 signaling. Glycolytic reprogramming upregulates LAMB3 and correlates with LRRC15+ fibroblast enrichment.

Vitamin D and adverse pathologic features in patients undergoing radical prostatectomy in the contemporary magnetic resonance imaging‐guided management era

open access: yesBJUI Compass, Volume 7, Issue 8, August 2026.
Abstract Objective This study aimed to evaluate the association between serum 25‐hydroxyvitamin D (25‐OH D) levels and adverse pathologic features in patients undergoing radical prostatectomy (RP) in the contemporary magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)‐guided management era.

Evaluation of malignant intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms of the pancreas on computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging

open access: yesGastrointestinal Intervention, 2016
Preoperative cross-sectional imaging, such as computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, plays a key role in differentiating between benign and malignant intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms.

Branch duct-type intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm presenting as paraneoplastic small plaque para-psoriasis

open access: yesIndian Dermatology Online Journal, 2018
To present and discuss a novel association between branch duct-type intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm and paraneoplastic parapsoriasis. We present the case of a middle-aged male presenting with skin lesions that were suggestive of parapsoriasis ...

From Treatment Discontinuation to Aggressive Recurrence: A Cautionary Case Report of Rapid Progression to Invasive Carcinoma Following Torimifene‐Induced Hepatotoxicity and Drug Withdrawal in a Patient With Completely Resected Intraductal Papillary Carcinoma

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 8, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Even ‘low‐risk’ intraductal papillary carcinoma can progress rapidly to invasive disease following unplanned discontinuation of adjuvant endocrine therapy, as illustrated by this case where hepatotoxicity led to treatment cessation and early recurrence.

Hodgkin lymphoma of the ampulla of Vater: A rare cause of obstructive jaundice in children

open access: yesJPGN Reports, Volume 7, Issue 3, Page 398-402, August 2026.
Abstract Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) has a wide spectrum of presentation. Most cases affect lymph nodes (nodal), while extranodal involvement is rare. Whereas the gastrointestinal tract is enriched with lymphoid tissues, the ampulla of Vater is not rich in lymphoid tissue. Involvement of the ampulla of Vater with HL has rarely been reported in adults and has

Transcriptomic comparative study between canalicular adenoma and HMGA2::WIF1 canalicular‐like pleomorphic adenoma

open access: yesThe Journal of Pathology, Volume 269, Issue 4-5, Page 423-432, August 2026.
Abstract Canalicular adenoma (CA) is a benign salivary gland tumor predominantly affecting the upper lip and is characterized by monomorphic epithelial cells arranged in branching cords within a loose and vascularized stroma. Unlike pleomorphic adenoma (PA), CA lacks a chondroid matrix and exhibits specific histological features, such as high cuboidal ...
