Bile‐derived exosomal miR‐196a and miR‐196b are identified as novel biomarkers for biliary tract cancer. Serum miR‐196a levels are significantly elevated in advanced disease with metastasis, while both miRNAs contribute to tumor progression by promoting cancer cell proliferation and invasion.

Cervical Cytokine Profile in High‐Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesions
Hypothetical mechanism of immune modulation in HSIL associated with high‐risk HPV infection, based on observed cytokine suppression. The diagram illustrates impaired Th1 responses, reflected by reduced production of IL‐2 and TNF, which may compromise the activation and cytotoxic function of CD8+ T cells and NK cells, facilitating immune evasion.
