Bronchial carcinoid tumor arising from an intralobar bronchopulmonary sequestration

We report a rare case of a 38-year-old woman with a bronchial carcinoid tumor arising from an intralobar bronchopulmonary sequestration. The vascular supply to the sequestered left lower lobe originated from the descending thoracic aorta.
