A Case of Canine Gallbladder Mucocele With Intramural Haematoma and Rupture
A 10‐year‐old, neutered male, Poodle mix presented for evaluation of anorexia, vomiting and elevated liver enzymes. The patient underwent emergent cholecystectomy for suspicion of a ruptured gallbladder mucocele with a possible concurrent mass effect within the gallbladder.

ABSTRACT Aortic dissection is a life‐threatening cardiovascular emergency with limited pharmacological options. This study focuses on elucidating the multi‐target and multi‐pathway mechanisms through which morusin mitigates aortic dissection progression, integrating network pharmacology, single‐cell transcriptomics and experimental validation.

The Unseen Culprit: Left Main Intramural Coronary Hematoma
A 46‐year‐old woman with no cardiovascular risk factors presented with self‐limiting chest pain. Electrocardiography was normal, but high‐sensitivity cardiac Troponin I was elevated. Echocardiography demonstrated preserved biventricular function.

Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is a rare autoimmune disorder characterized by platelet destruction. While most patients respond to first‐ or second‐line therapies, a small subset is multirefractory. Fostamatinib, an oral spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) inhibitor, is a therapeutic option in these cases.
