Intraosseous "Lipoma" of the Calcaneus Developing in an Intraosseous Ganglion Cyst
Intraosseous lipomas are rare primary bone tumors, most common to the calcaneus. There are several proposed theories of the natural etiology of intraosseous lipomas; however, all lack definitive support. In this report, an 18-year-old man presented with radiologic evidence of a simple bone cyst of the calcaneus.

Primary intraosseous meningioma [PDF]
✓Primary intraosseous meningiomas are a subtype of primary extradural meningiomas and constitute fewer than 2% of meningiomas overall, but they represent approximately two thirds of all extradural meningiomas. These types of meningiomas originate within the bones of the skull and thus can have a clinical presentation and radiographic differential ...

Magnetothermal‐responsive drug release bone cement based on EGFR‐mutated lung cancer bone metastases
A novel magnetothermal‐responsive bone cement was developed by integrating PMMA/CPC/Osimertinib matrix with Fe3O4@SiO2@Zol nanomaterials. This dual‐drug system achieves controlled release, combining excellent mechanical properties with potent anti‐tumor activity and bone regulation for treating EGFR‐mutated LC‐BoM.

ABSTRACT Achieving profound local anaesthesia during mandibular molar root canal treatment can be challenging. This study evaluated procedural pain and supplemental anaesthesia used, considering endodontic diagnosis and buccal bone morphology. Seventy‐seven patients undergoing primary root canal treatment completed a post‐treatment survey questionnaire

Cancer pain: current practice and emerging targets
Cancer pain (CP) arises from a complex interplay between the tumour and its microenvironment. Many patients experience a mixed pain phenotype that encompasses nociceptive, neuropathic and neuroinflammatory mechanisms, and vary across tumour type and disease stage. Despite decades of intensive research, the mainstay of cancer pain treatment is still non‐

Implantoplasty Positively Influences Biofilm Removal During Toothbrush: An In Vitro Study
ABSTRACT Purpose To analyse the effect of implantoplasty on the efficacy of brushing dental implants. Methods Acrylic hemi‐arches were made to simulate a horizontal bone loss condition in an implant in position 46, exposing 3 mm of its cervical intra‐osseous portion. Implantoplasty was performed on the implant surfaces of the test group, and no surface
