Intraspinal extension of an air cyst of the lung
Neurosurgery, 1989Abstract We report the diagnostic evaluation and treatment of a cystic paraspinal and epidural lesion originally thought to be a neurofibroma or an arachnoid cyst. Intraoperatively, the lesion was found to be an air cyst of the lung that was successfully ligated.
