Dynamic responsiveness of self‐assembling peptide‐based nano‐drug systems
This review discusses dynamically responsive self‐assembling peptide‐based nano‐drug systems, including the stimulation response, strategy of biomimicry, subcellular internalization, and the applications of peptide nano‐drug materials, and concludes with a brief outlook of their challenges and opportunities in clinical translation.

Intravascular ultrasound has good prospects for clinical applications in sonothrombolysis. The catheter-based side-looking intravascular ultrasound thrombolysis (e.g., Ekosonic catheters) used in clinical studies has a high frequency (2 MHz).

Low‐field MRI: Clinical promise and challenges
Modern MRI scanners have trended toward higher field strengths to maximize signal and resolution while minimizing scan time. However, high‐field devices remain expensive to install and operate, making them scarce outside of high‐income countries and major population centers.

Role of Intracoronary Imaging in Acute Coronary Syndromes
Intravascular imaging with optical coherence tomography (OCT) and intravascular ultrasound provides superior visualization of the culprit plaques for acute coronary syndromes (ACS) compared with coronary angiography.

CSDN: Combing Shallow and Deep Networks for Accurate Real-time Segmentation of High-definition Intravascular Ultrasound Images [PDF]
Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) is the preferred modality for capturing real-time and high resolution cross-sectional images of the coronary arteries, and evaluating the stenosis. Accurate and real-time segmentation of IVUS images involves the delineation of lumen and external elastic membrane borders.

Intravascular Photothermal Strain Imaging for Lipid Detection
Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is one of the major threats to humanity, accounting for one-third of the world’s deaths. For patients with high-risk CVD, plaque rupture can lead to critical condition.

Common femoral artery erosion as a source of thromboembolic acute limb ischemia
We have reported a case of delayed hip prosthetic erosion into the common femoral artery (CFA) 3 years after implantation. The patient had initially presented with left lower extremity acute limb ischemia secondary to a popliteal artery embolism. However,

Segmentation of Anatomical Layers and Artifacts in Intravascular Polarization Sensitive Optical Coherence Tomography Using Attending Physician and Boundary Cardinality Losses [PDF]
Intravascular ultrasound and optical coherence tomography are widely available for characterizing coronary stenoses and provide critical vessel parameters to optimize percutaneous intervention. Intravascular polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography (PS-OCT) simultaneously provides high-resolution cross-sectional images of vascular structures

Abstract The role of the calcium‐sensitive receptor (CaSR) was assessed in a juvenile mouse model of asthma induced by ovalbumin (OVA). The experiment was divided into normal control, OVA, and OVA +2.5/5 mg/kg NPS2143 (a CaSR antagonist) groups.
