Designing Tissue Function Through Embedded Bioprinting Architectures
Embedded bioprinting enables soft, cell‐dense constructs to be fabricated within supporting bath environments. This review introduces a function‐guided framework linking target tissue functions to architectural requirements, supporting bath selection, bioink design, printing dynamics, and validation assays.

In this surgically selected cohort of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, older age and lower admission Glasgow Coma Scale scores were independently associated with worse 90‐day functional status on ordinal mRS analysis. These findings support established prognostic relationships but do not represent a validated prediction model or an estimate of ...

Passive ASO association with NSC‐EVs enhances neuronal uptake and CNS accumulation. NSC‐EV‐ASOs suppress pathogenic targets in ALS cellular models and, following intranasal administration, delay disease onset and improve motor function in SOD1‐G93A mice. These findings provide proof‐of‐concept evidence supporting NSC‐EVs as a platform for enhancing CNS
