By an intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) the author understands a pair of generalized characteristic functions and hence a generalization of a fuzzy set. These two functions for each point of the universe of discourse describe separately its degrees of membership and of nonmembership with respect to the IFS they characterize.

Intuitionistic fuzzy generators Application to intuitionistic fuzzy complementation
Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 2000The concept of an intuitionistic fuzzy generator \(\varphi: [0,1]\to[0,1]\) is introduced by \(\varphi(x)\leq 1-x\) for all \(x\in[0,1]\). It can be continuous, decreasing or increasing. Some properties of the new concept are studied and characterization theorems for it are proved. One of the most important results is: Theorem 25.

Intuitionistic fuzzy logic and intuitionistic fuzzy set theory
Journal of Symbolic Logic, 1984In 1965 Zadeh introduced the concept of fuzzy sets. The characteristic of fuzzy sets is that the range of truth value of the membership relation is the closed interval [0, 1] of real numbers. The logical operations ⊃, ∼ on [0, 1] which are used for Zadeh's fuzzy sets seem to be Łukasiewciz's logic, where p ⊃ q = min(1, 1 − p + q), ∼ p = 1 − p. L.

On intuitionistic fuzzy lattices
2015 IEEE International Conference on Fuzzy Systems (FUZZ-IEEE), 2015In this paper, inspired by the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy lattices previously introduced by Thomas and Nair, we introduce the notion of intuitionistic fuzzy complete lattice and investigate some of its basic properties. In particular, some interesting characterizations closely related to the intuitionistic fuzzy complete lattices are given.

In this paper, we will define intuitionistic fuzzy matroid and study their properties. First, we analyse the two approaches to fuzzification of matroids and decide to use an indirect approach. After some preliminaries, we define an intuitionistic fuzzy matroid as a prefect intuitionistic fuzzy pre-matroid.
