Fuzzy propositional logic and two-sided (intuitionistic) fuzzy propositions

Proceedings of IEEE 5th International Fuzzy Systems, 2002
The propositional logic structure is summarized and the logical properties are discussed. Different forms of fuzzy propositional expressions are investigated. Simplifications and conversions between logical expressions are investigated; exact equality and approximate of these conversions are discussed. The logical structure of intuitionistic (two-sided)

Intuitionistic Fuzzy Modal Logics

2016
The first step of the development of the idea of intuitionistic fuzziness (see [1]), was related to introducing an intuitionistic fuzzy interpretation of the classical (standard) modal operators “necessity” and “possibility” (see, e.g., [2, 3, 4, 5]). In the period 1988–1993, we defined eight new operators, extending the first two ones.

A Natural Deduction System for Intuitionistic Fuzzy Logic

2001
Intuitionistic fuzzy logic IF was introduced by Takeuti and Titani. This logic coincides with the first-order Godel logic based on the real unit interval [0,1] as set of truth-values. We present a natural deduction system NIF for IF. NIF is defined by suitably translating a first-order extension of Avron’s hypersequent calculus for Godel logic ...

AN ALGEBRAIC STRUCTURE FOR INTUITIONISTIC FUZZY LOGIC

2012
In this paper we extend the notion of degrees of membership and non-membership of intuitionistic fuzzy sets to lattices and introduce a residu- ated lattice with appropriate operations to serve as semantics of intuitionistic fuzzy logic. It would be a step forward to nd an algebraic counterpart for in- tuitionistic fuzzy logic.

A Survey of Fuzzy Intuitionistic Logics in Quantum Mechanics

1993
The structure of Brouwer-Zadeh (or BZ)-poset has been first investigated in Cattaneo and Nistico [1] drawing inspiration from the examples of generalized characteristic functionals (fuzzy sets) on a reference space and of generalized orthogonal projections (fuzzy operators) on a Hilbert space [2-4].

Cardiovascular Risk Assessment Using Intuitionistic Fuzzy Logic System

2019 10th International Conference on Computing, Communication and Networking Technologies (ICCCNT), 2019
For complex, ill-defined problems, where the uncertainty lies, fuzzy logic is the best suitable methodology to work with. We can achieve a certain level of accuracy and precision by accepting uncertainty. An Intuitionistic fuzzy logic represents imperfect knowledge that lies while dealing with real-life problems.

Intuitionistic Fuzzy Residuated Logic and Galois Connection

2010 Second Pacific-Asia Conference on Circuits, Communications and System, 2010
This paper aims at developing the logic theories of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Starting from the intuitionistic fuzzy set and a defined lattice L *, a residuated lattice induced by L * is proposed which shows the structure of truth values of IF logic based on the IF algebra. Some basic properties of logic operation are presented. In the last, we define

Temporal and Multidimensional Intuitionistic Fuzzy Logics

2016
The first results in temporal intuitionistic fuzzy logic appeared in 1990 (see Atanassov, Remark on a temporal intuitionistic fuzzy logic, 1990, [1]) on the basis of ideas from Karavaev (Foundations of temporal logic, 1983, [2]). However, the first example for their application was only proposed as early as 15 years later, in Atanassov (On ...
