Sustainable Supplier Selection of E‐Commerce Industry in Bangladesh: An Integrated TOPSIS‐AHP Approach

open access: yesEngineering Reports, Volume 8, Issue 2, February 2026.
Rapid growth in e‐commerce has intensified the need for suppliers that align with sustainability objectives rather than focusing solely on cost and delivery speed. To address this challenge, the study applies an integrated AHP–TOPSIS framework in which Analytic Hierarchy Process assigns criterion weights—Environmental Impact (0.633), Lead Time (0.260),

Multicriteria Decision-Making Approach with Hesitant Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets

open access: yesThe Scientific World Journal, 2014
The definition of hesitant interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (HIVIFSs) is developed based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs) and hesitant fuzzy sets (HFSs).

Optimising Wave Energy Plant Location Through Neutrosophic Multi‐Criteria Group Decision‐Making

open access: yesCAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology, Volume 11, Issue 1, Page 167-189, February 2026.
ABSTRACT The global shift towards sustainable energy has intensified research into renewable sources, particularly wave energy. Pakistan, with its long coastline, holds significant potential for wave energy development. However, identifying optimal locations for wave energy plants involves evaluating complex, multi‐faceted criteria.

Intuitionistic fuzzy Laplace Adomian decomposition method for solving intuitionistic fuzzy differential equations of higher order [PDF]

open access: yesNotes on IFS
The aim of this work is to introduce the intuitionistic fuzzy Laplace Adomian decomposition method, in which we combine intuitionistic fuzzy Laplace transform with the intuitionistic fuzzy Adomian decomposition method.

Smart City Lighting for All Ages: Age‐Adaptive Fuzzy Systems for Real‐Time Energy Management

open access: yesIET Circuits, Devices &Systems, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
Taking advantage of cutting‐edge technologies to efficiently control energy consumption while prioritizing public well‐being is a wise choice for the sustainable development of cities and societies. From this perspective, the proposed approach in this study, which employs real‐time electricity pricing, user age, and user preferences as input parameters

Application of Genetic Algorithm Based Intuitionistic Fuzzy k-Mode for Clustering Categorical Data

open access: yesCybernetics and Information Technologies, 2017
In present times a great number of clustering algorithms are available which group objects having similar features. But most of the datasets have data values that are categorical, which makes it difficult to implement these algorithms.

A Generalized Triangular Intuitionistic Fuzzy Geometric Averaging Operator for Decision-Making in Engineering and Management

open access: yesInformation, 2017
Triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number (TIFN) is a more generalized platform for expressing imprecise, incomplete, and inconsistent information when solving multi-criteria decision-making problems, as well as for expressing and reflecting the evaluation ...

A Neutrosophic Set‐Based Active Contour Model for Medical Image Segmentation

open access: yesIET Image Processing, Volume 20, Issue 1, January/December 2026.
We propose a neutrosophic set‐based active contour model for accurate and efficient segmentation of magnetic resonance (MR) and retinal images. By combining neutrosophic truth, falsity, and indeterminacy subsets with a Heaviside‐based level set formulation, the method robustly handles noise, intensity inhomogeneity, and weak edges.
