Optimising Wave Energy Plant Location Through Neutrosophic Multi‐Criteria Group Decision‐Making
ABSTRACT The global shift towards sustainable energy has intensified research into renewable sources, particularly wave energy. Pakistan, with its long coastline, holds significant potential for wave energy development. However, identifying optimal locations for wave energy plants involves evaluating complex, multi‐faceted criteria.

Using fuzzy numbers and OWA operators in the weighted average and its application in decision making [PDF]
Se presenta un nuevo método para tratar situaciones de incertidumbre en los que se utiliza el operador OWAWA (media ponderada – media ponderada ordenada). A este operador se le denomina operador OWAWA borroso (FOWAWA).

Smart City Lighting for All Ages: Age‐Adaptive Fuzzy Systems for Real‐Time Energy Management
Taking advantage of cutting‐edge technologies to efficiently control energy consumption while prioritizing public well‐being is a wise choice for the sustainable development of cities and societies. From this perspective, the proposed approach in this study, which employs real‐time electricity pricing, user age, and user preferences as input parameters

How to aggregate decision information in heterogeneous multiattribute group decision making (HMAGDM) is vital. The aim of this paper is to develop an approach to aggregating decision data into intuitionistic triangular fuzzy numbers (ITFNs) for ...

In practise, intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IFNs) are particularly useful for describing ambiguous data. We look at multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) problems with a prioritising relationship between the parameters.

Neutrality and Many-Valued Logics [PDF]
In this book, we consider various many-valued logics: standard, linear, hyperbolic, parabolic, non-Archimedean, p-adic, interval, neutrosophic, etc. We survey also results which show the tree different proof-theoretic frameworks for many-valued logics, e.

A Neutrosophic Set‐Based Active Contour Model for Medical Image Segmentation
We propose a neutrosophic set‐based active contour model for accurate and efficient segmentation of magnetic resonance (MR) and retinal images. By combining neutrosophic truth, falsity, and indeterminacy subsets with a Heaviside‐based level set formulation, the method robustly handles noise, intensity inhomogeneity, and weak edges.

Decision making by the values of generalized average fuzzy functions
Notions of point, interval and triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are introduced. The generalized weighted averaging operator is used for solving multiple criteria decision making problems.
