Intuitionistic Fuzzy Rough Sets Determined by Intuitionistic Fuzzy Implicators

2010 IEEE International Conference on Granular Computing, 2010
The primitive notions in rough set theory are lower and upper approximation operators defined by a fixed binary relation and satisfy many interesting properties. Many types of generalized rough set models have been developed in the literature. This paper investigates intuitionistic fuzzy rough sets resulted from approximations of intuitionistic fuzzy ...

Fuzzy entropy on intuitionistic fuzzy sets

International Journal of Intelligent Systems, 2006
In this article we exploit the concept of probability for defining the fuzzy entropy of intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs). We then propose two families of entropy measures for IFSs and also construct the axiom definition and properties. Two definitions of entropy for IFSs proposed by Burillo and Bustince in 1996 and Szmidt and Kacprzyk in 2001 are used.

On the Temporal Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets

2022
The Temporal Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (TIFSs) are one of the essential extensions of the ordinary Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (IFSs). For them different operations, relations and operators (from modal, topological and level-types) have been defined and their basic properties have been studied.

Simplified interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets with intuitionistic fuzzy numbers

Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, 2016
There has been a growing interest and activity in the field of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs). It is generally useful to express the variations of the membership function and the non-membership function in fuzzy circumstances. However, the IVIFS is a little bit complicated on expressions and calculations. To overcome this limitation,

Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set Theories

2013
In real-life management situations, there exist a great deal of fuzziness. In 1965, Zadeh [1] firstly introduced the concept of the fuzzy set, which is an effective tool to deal with fuzziness. However, the fuzzy set employs single index (i.e., membership degree or function) to describe the two states of the support and opposition simultaneously ...

INTUITIONISTIC FUZZY MANDELBROT SET

Fractals
In recent years, the study of fuzzy sets has expanded to include various generalizations, such as intuitionistic fuzzy sets, which provide a richer framework for handling uncertainty. Despite significant progress, there remains a gap in understanding how these generalizations impact well-known mathematical constructs like the Mandelbrot set. This paper
