Submanifolds of F-structure manifold satisfying FK+(−)K+1F=0

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2001
The purpose of this paper is to study invariant submanifolds of an n-dimensional manifold M endowed with an F-structure satisfying FK+(−)K+1F=0 and FW+(−)W+1F≠0 for ...

Families of gauge conditions in BV formalism

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2017
In BV formalism we can consider a Lagrangian submanifold as a gauge condition. Starting with the BV action functional we construct a closed form on the space of Lagrangian submanifolds.

Chen optimal inequalities of CR-warped products of generalized Sasakian space form

open access: yesJournal of Taibah University for Science, 2020
Our main objective of this paper is to derive the relationship between the main extrinsic invariant, and the contact CR δ-invariant (new intrinsic invariant) on a generic submanifold in trans-Sasakian generalized Sasakian space forms.

Nilpotent Symmetries of a Model of 2D Diffeomorphism Invariant Theory: BRST Approach

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, 2022
Within the framework of the Becchi-Rouet-Stora-Tyutin (BRST) formalism, we discuss the full set of proper BRST and anti-BRST transformations for a 2D diffeomorphism invariant theory which is described by the Lagrangian density of a standard bosonic ...

Invariant Lagrangian submanifolds of dissipative systems [PDF]

open access: yesRussian Mathematical Surveys, 2011
We study solutions of modified Hamilton-Jacobi equations H(du/dq,q) + cu(q) = 0, q \in M, on a compact manifold M .

Invariant measures on polarized submanifolds in group quantization [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Physics, 2000
We provide an explicit construction of quasi-invariant measures on polarized coadjoint orbits of a Lie group G. The use of specific (trivial) central extensions of G by the multiplicative group R+ allows us to restore the strict invariance of the measures and, accordingly, the unitarity of the quantization of coadjoint orbits.

On generic submanifold of Sasakian manifold with concurrent vector field

open access: yes, 2019
In the present paper, we deal with the generic submanifold admitting a Ricci soliton in Sasakian manifold endowed with concurrent vector field. Here, we find that there exists never any concurrent vector field on the invariant distribution D of generic ...

Properties of the new N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 1 AdS4 vacuum of maximal supergravity

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2020
The recent comprehensive numerical study of critical points of the scalar potential of four-dimensional N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 8, SO(8) gauged supergravity using Machine Learning software in [1] has led to a discovery of a new N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 1 ...

On invariant submanifolds of trans-Sasakian manifolds; pp. 29–37 [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the Estonian Academy of Sciences, 2012
The object of the present paper is to find necessary and sufficient conditions for invariant submanifolds of trans-Sasakian manifolds to be totally geodesic.

General Variational Formulation of Axisymmetric Capillary Bridges: Modeling Contact Angle Hysteresis and Capillary Forces

open access: yesInternational Journal for Numerical and Analytical Methods in Geomechanics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This work presents a general framework for deriving the Young–Laplace equation and the Young's equations for an axisymmetric capillary bridge between two parallel plates by minimizing the system's total energy. These Young's equations naturally emerge as boundary conditions associated with the Young–Laplace equation.
