Conclusion : Points de progrès et perspectives [PDF]

open access: yesSciences, Eaux & Territoires, 2012

open access: yesSciences, Eaux & Territoires, 2014
Espèces invasives déjà bien connues car particulièrement problématiques dans les milieux aquatiques, les Jussies (Ludwigia spp.) continuent de surprendre à la fois les gestionnaires et les chercheurs par leurs capacités de colonisation de nouveaux ...

Neutrophil‐Mimetic MRI Enables Ultra‐Early Detection of Vascular Inflammation After Stroke

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
In this study, we developed neutrophil‐mimetic MRI probes that detect ultra‐early neuroinflammation following ischemic stroke by targeting E‐selectin. Within seconds of their injection, these microparticles mimic initial leukocyte adhesion to the activated cerebral endothelium.

Transcriptomic comparative study between canalicular adenoma and HMGA2::WIF1 canalicular‐like pleomorphic adenoma

open access: yesThe Journal of Pathology, EarlyView.
Abstract Canalicular adenoma (CA) is a benign salivary gland tumor predominantly affecting the upper lip and is characterized by monomorphic epithelial cells arranged in branching cords within a loose and vascularized stroma. Unlike pleomorphic adenoma (PA), CA lacks a chondroid matrix and exhibits specific histological features, such as high cuboidal ...

Étude des facteurs et conséquences des invasions biologiques à l'échelle macro-écologique : une approche fonctionnelle

open access: yes, 2023
Biological invasions represent one of the main threats to global biodiversity. They have been widely studied in the last decades, but most of the works have focused on invasive alien species (IAS).

Using MALDI‐FTICR Mass Spectrometry to Enhance ZooMS Identifications of Pleistocene Bone Fragments Showing Variable Collagen Preservation

open access: yesRapid Communications in Mass Spectrometry, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Rationale Recent advances in high‐throughput molecular analyses of collagen peptides, especially ZooMS (Zooarchaeology by Mass Spectrometry), have permitted breakthroughs in the analysis of archaeological material that is highly fragmented, a factor that hinders morphological identification.

Using programmable infusion pump in avian species – a validation methodology in geese

open access: yesWildlife Biology, EarlyView.
Wildlife face anthropogenic and natural stressors that affect their physiology and behaviour. The activity of the hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal axis and glucocorticoid (GC) production is intrinsically linked with energy regulation and environmental stressors.

From the predator to the prey: a case study of the vulnerability of Harmonia axyridis to aggressive competitors

open access: yesInsect Science, EarlyView.
The level of aggressiveness of an individual is a factor that shapes intraguild predation (IGP) interactions. In Nabis americoferus, high aggressiveness leads to an increase in attack rate and IGP against Harmonia axyridis. Moreover, the absence of extraguild prey seems to exacerbate IGP. In docile N.
