Mole hydatiforme partielle invasive et métastatique: à propos d'un cas

open access: yesThe Pan African Medical Journal, 2014
Depuis plusieurs années, la môle hydatiforme partielle(MHP) a été considérée comme une entité bénigne qui ne nécessite pas une surveillance stricte comme celle de la môle complète(MC), mais l'apparition de quelques cas sporadiques de transformation de la

Immunomodulation With Local, Sustained Delivery of Pituitary Adenylate Cyclase Activating Polypeptide Results in Improved Functional Recovery in Stroke‐Injured Mice

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
The tissue and functional benefits are demonstrated with local, sustained delivery of an anti‐inflammatory peptide, pituitary adenylate cyclase‐activating polypeptide (PACAP), for stroke treatment in a mouse model. Prolonged PACAP treatment modulated astrocyte and microglia toward pro‐reparative phenotypes, enhanced neuroprotection and preservation of ...

Persistent trophoblastic tumors

open access: yesОпухоли женской репродуктивной системы, 2014
Persistent trophoblastic tumors (PTT) are the most common trofhoblastic tumors, which develop in women when proliferative trophoblastic activ- ity remains after evacuation of hydatidiform mole.

Mechanobiologically Engineered Mimicry of Extracellular Vesicles for Improved Systemic Biodistribution and Anti‐Inflammatory Treatment Efficacy in Rheumatoid Arthritis

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Triblock copolymer‐reinforced liposomal mimics of extracellular vesicles are engineered with tunable membrane elasticity. A semi‐elastic formulation (Tri‐ARTEX8:2) co‐encapsulating stem cell cytosolic extract and AntagomiR155 targets inflamed joints via the ELVIS effect, reprograms macrophages from M1 to M2, and markedly alleviates collagen‐induced ...

A Deployable 4D Printed, Mucoadhesive and Magnetically Guided Patch for Local Therapy of Gastric Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A new perspective for treatment of gastric cancer is proposed utilizing 4D printing to develop shape morphing, deployable, and magnetically guided local drug releasing patches. The deployed patches are envisioned to adhere at the tumor site to locally deliver high drug amounts.

UTERINE INVASIVE MOLE WITH MICROSCOPIC OVARIAN DECIDUOSIS

open access: yesGLOBAL JOURNAL FOR RESEARCH ANALYSIS, 2020
An invasive mole (formerly known as chorioadenoma destruens) is a hydatidiform mole that has grown into the muscle layer of the uterus. Invasive moles can develop from either complete or partial moles, but complete moles become invasive much more often than do partial moles.

Programmed Aggregation of Lipidated Nitrobenzoselenadiazole as a Photo‐Activatable Pyroptosis Inducer

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
This study presents alkylated nitrobenzoselenadiazole (NBSD) photosensitizers that self‐assemble into programmable aggregates, enabling photo‐triggered pyroptosis and enhanced ROS generation. The lead compound, NBSD‐NOc, exhibits superior photodynamic activity, high cellular uptake, and implantable gel compatibility with pH‐responsive release.
