Design of CMOS LNA with the Inversion Coefficient
2018 16th IEEE International New Circuits and Systems Conference (NEWCAS), 2018The design space of two 130 nm CMOS Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) is explored with the EKV model. More specifically the gain, the noise figure and the input impedance are described with the Inversion Coefficient. This approach allows to work out the relevant sizing and bias conditions for each LNA topology.

Constraining inverse stefan design problems
ZAMP Zeitschrift f�r angewandte Mathematik und Physik, 1996A new formulation possessing stable numerical characteristics is presented for inverse Stefan design processes. In such processes, the goal is to design transient boundary conditions which produce the desired interfacial surface motion. This subclass of mildly ill-posed mathematical problems is amenable to the proposed solution methodology.
