An inverse nodal problem for vectorial Sturm-Liouville equations
Inverse Problems, 2000The \(n\)-dimensional Sturm-Liouville problem \[ y''(x)+(\lambda I_n-P(x))y(x)=0,\;y(0)=y(1)=0, \tag{1} \] is considered, where \(P(x)\) is a continuous symmetric \(n\times n\) matrix-valued function defined on \([0,1]\). Let \(y\) be a continuous vector-valued function. Then \(x\) is called a nodal point of \(y(x)\) if \(y(x)=0\).
