One Dimensional Metal Oxide Semiconductor Nanotransistors
This review assesses one dimensional metal oxide NW‐FETs as promising alternatives to conventional transistors. It explores how advances in architecture, material composition, and fabrication processes expand device capabilities. Emphasis is placed on novel gate configurations, different metal oxide nanowires, and post‐treatment methods, which ...

This work introduces a self‐limiting SDEA process that couples Mo + O3 ALD with selective H2O‐based ALE to control Mo oxidation states at the atomic level. This chemistry‐driven approach enables atomic‐scale modulated and phase‐controlled MoO2 films with enhanced crystallinity and electrical properties, providing a scalable solution for advanced MIM ...

MEMS‐Based Magnetoelectric Antennas for Wireless Power Transmission in Brain‐Implantable Devices
Magnetoelectric (ME) antennas allow the minimization of the invasiveness of brain implantable devices, via powering wirelessly systems able to actuate neural tissue. In order to achieve the necessary power efficiency transmission, the choice of the materials and the system assembly is vital.

A full‐domain 3D digital twin of a standing surface acoustic wave (SSAW) device on 128° YX LiNbO3 is developed and experimentally validated. The predictive power of the model is confirmed by electrical characterisation and laser Doppler vibrometry measurements, which show excellent agreement with simulations.
