Fluid Forces Control Structural Remodeling of Blind‐Ended Lymphatic Microvessels
Using innovative microfluidic biofabrication with fluid mechanical insights, we recapitulated the blind‐ended microanatomy and physiological drainage properties of capillary lymphatics. Our results reveal the interrelationship between intra‐ and extraluminal regions of lymphatic vessels due to flow‐induced sprouting and morphological changes that ...

This review summarizes the roles of key central nervous system cell types, the extracellular matrix, and the blood‐brain barrier in neuroinflammation, and their integration into diverse 3D culture systems. It examines major incorporation strategies, including direct co‐culture, hydrogel encapsulation, transwell migration assays, and bioprinting ...

A two‐phase workflow (OFAT screening followed by central composite design) maps how processing variables tune PFCE‐PLGA nanoparticle size, dispersity, surface charge, loading, and 19F‐MRI signal. In situ, time‐resolved synchrotron SAXS tracks albumin‐corona growth on intact dispersions and reveals PFCE‐dependent adsorption pathways.

First detection of the ground state JK = 1 sub 0 going to 0 sub 0 submillimeter transition of interstellar ammonia [PDF]
The JK = 1 sub 0 approaching O sub 0 transition of ammonia at 572.5 GHz was detected in OMC-1 from NASA's Kuiper Airborne Observatory. The central velocity of the line (VLSR approximately = 9 km/s) indicates that it originates in the molecular cloud ...

To dissect how mechanical forces influence intestinal physiology, we developed a stretchable 3D colon‐on‐chip that integrates tunable topography, stiffness and peristalsis‐like motion within a physiologically relevant microenvironment. We showed that stretching is a dominant factor governing epithelial behavior, markedly enhancing proliferation and ...

Interface transmigration reprograms triple‐negative breast cancer cells, triggering a shared switch toward more aggressive and invasive phenotypes. Using a collagen I interface model, this study identifies shared transcriptional changes involving proliferation, chromatin remodeling, and DNA repair pathways.

Joint receiver deghosting and streamer depth inversion without prior depth information
SUMMARY Receiver-side ghost reflections in marine seismic data cause destructive interference that degrades vertical resolution and limits usable bandwidth, particularly in shallow water environments. While dual-sensor and variable-depth streamer systems can mitigate these effects, their effectiveness relies on accurate depth ...

Human periosteum‐derived cell spheroids bioprinted at high density within a hyaluronic acid matrix promote fusion and hypertrophic cartilage formation in vitro. Early encapsulation enhances spheroid interaction and matrix maturation, generating scalable cartilage templates intended for endochondral bone regeneration.
