Diffuse MRI Edema Predicts Relapse in Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy–Related Inflammation
ABSTRACT Objective To identify MRI predictors of relapse and quantify relapse and mortality risk in cerebral amyloid angiopathy–related inflammation (CAA‐RI). A secondary objective was to assess the association between mycophenolate mofetil use and relapse risk. Methods We performed a retrospective cohort study of 36 patients with CAA‐RI treated at the

Gender Diverse Boardrooms and Earnings Manipulation: Does Democracy Matter?
We investigate the influence of boardroom gender diversity on earnings management. Drawing on a sample of European firms over the 2010–2023 period, we document an inverted U-shaped nexus between boardroom gender heterogeneity and earnings manipulation ...

ABSTRACT Background The clinical relevance of MGMT promoter methylation in IDH‐mutant gliomas remains controversial in the era of molecular classification. We aimed to systematically evaluate its clinical relevance by integrating quantitative assessment, cutoff exploration, and adjustment for clinical confounding.

Copine‐4 Paraneoplastic Autoimmune Encephalitis
ABSTRACT We characterize copine‐4 (CPNE4)‐IgG and report clinical associations. Among 844 samples with unclassified neural IgGs identified by mouse‐brain indirect immunofluorescence assay over 2 years, 5 samples (serum, 3; CSF, 2) from 3 patients produced a distinctive cerebrum‐restricted synaptic pattern.

Efficient sparse retrieval through embedding-based inverted index construction
Modern search engines use a two-stage architecture for efficient and high-quality search over large volumes of data. In the first stage, simple and fast algorithms like BM25 are applied, while in the second stage, more precise but resourceintensive ...

Stage‐Specific Patterns of Imaging and Non‐Motor Biomarkers in Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 3
ABSTRACT Objective Advancements in disease‐modifying therapies for spinocerebellar ataxia Type 3 (SCA3) underscore the need for robust biomarkers to monitor disease progression and evaluate treatment efficacy. Although motor phenotypes have been well characterized, less is known about non‐motor and imaging‐based features across different disease stages.

Observer‐Based Adaptive Event‐Triggered Tracking Control for Fuzzy TS Systems With Premise Mismatch
This paper presents an adaptive logistic event‐triggered observer‐based tracking controller for Takagi‐Sugeno fuzzy systems under constrained inputs and network delays. Leveraging a hybrid LMI and Secretary Bird Optimization approach, this strategy significantly minimizes communication overhead and computational burden while ensuring optimal reference ...
