NbRD21 protease controls receptor kinase homeostasis in Nicotiana benthamiana

Proteomic analysis revealed that receptor kinases (red) accumulate higher in rd21 knockout Nicotiana benthamiana plants. Summary RD21‐like proteases are papain‐like cysteine proteases with a C‐terminal granulin domain that are abundant and ubiquitous in angiosperms and have often been implicated in immunity.

In children with presumptive tuberculosis, comprehensive point‐of‐care (cPOCUS) identified key thoracic abnormalities with high specificity and excellent inter‐reader reliability.
