Fluorescent Supramolecular Gels Based on D‐Sorbitol Derivatives
Small, EarlyView.Sugar‐based fluorescent low‐molecular‐weight gelators (LMWGs) DNapS, DBTDS, and MCumS, prepared by a green, scalable route, form supramolecular gels in water, organic, and deep eutectic solvents.
