Sperm Transfer Under Behavioral and Morphological Constraints in the Orb‐Web Spider Genus Argiope
The polygamous mating system of the orb‐web spider genus Argiope provides a model to study the evolution of sperm transfer under morphological and behavioral constraints. This helps us to understand how male and female behavioral and morphological reproductive traits influence sperm transfer.

Imperative for a health‐centred focus on climate change in radiology
Summary Climate change negatively impacts individual and population‐level health through multiple pathways, including poor air quality, extreme heat and changes in infectious disease. These health effects will lead to higher health system and medical imaging utilisation.

ABSTRACT Background The most prevalent solid tumors in young men are testicular germ cell tumors (TGCTs), and embryonal carcinoma is the most common subtype among non‐seminomatous germ cell tumors (NSGCTs). Despite the excellent cure rates of cisplatin‐based chemotherapy, resistance develops in 15%–30% of patients with metastatic cancer, which results ...

Current iodinated contrast media
European Radiology, 2001The number of scientific papers on iodinated contrast media is declining. Indeed, comparative trials between high-osmolality and low-osmolality agents largely showed the higher safety and tolerability of the latter, and this is no longer a matter of discussion.

Reactions to Iodinated Contrast Media
Pediatrics In Review, 1996The exact mechanism responsible for adverse reactions to iodinated contrast administered intravenously during radiologic evaluation is not known. However, through work that has been performed both in the laboratory and in clinical trials, we do know that the types of reactions are variable and the underlying etiologies multifactorial.

Nephroprotection and iodinate contrast medias
Radiología (English Edition)The incidence of post-contrast acute kidney injury (PC-AKI) is low with the new low- or iso-osmolar non-ionic iodinated contrast agents. The only proven form of prophylaxis for PC-AKI is hydration, preferably intravenous, although oral hydration is equally effective.
