In Situ Construction of Multi‐Functional Polymer Network Toward Durable Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Acrylamide monomers were introduced into the perovskite precursor solution to 3D polymer networks at grain boundaries for stabilizing grain boundaries. By constructing weak chemical bond interactions with perovskite films, the polymer networks effectively reduce defect density and simultaneously suppress the degradation of perovskites.

Strong and Fatigue‐Resistant Hydrogels via Poor Solvent Evaporation Assisted Hot‐Stretching for Tendon Repair

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An anisotropic hydrogel (AHs) is prepared in this study. The strength of AHs can reach up to 33.14 ± 2.05 MPa, and it exhibits unique defect‐insensitive characteristics. Cracks can only deflect along the fiber alignment direction, demonstrating an interesting self‐protection function.

DNA Origami‐Based CD44‐Targeted Therapy Silences Stat3 Enhances Cartilage Regeneration and Alleviates Osteoarthritis Progression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study develops a cartilage‐targeted DNA origami system (OCS) that protects and delivers si‐Stat3 to chondrocytes. OCS reduces MMP13 expression, enhances extracellular matrix stability, and lowers oxidative stress while improving cell survival. In vivo, OCS decreases cartilage degradation biomarkers and promotes tissue repair factors, demonstrating

Ultrasound‐Responsive Piezoelectric Membrane Promotes Osteoporotic Bone Regeneration via the “Two‐Way Regulation” Bone Homeostasis Strategy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Patients with osteoporosis face a higher risk of bone injury, mainly due to weakened osteogenic differentiation and bone formation, along with increased osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption activity, leading to bone homeostasis imbalance.

Nanoreactor‐Driven Uniform Nano ZnS Deposition in Tunable Porous Carbon Spheres for High‐Performance Zn‐S Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this work, a series of porous carbon spheres with tunable pore size, particle size, and shell thickness are designed as nanoreactors for the S‐ZnS redox reactions in Zn‐S batteries. The presence of abundant defects and oxygen‐containing functional groups facilitates efficient ion/electron transport throughout the reaction process, significantly ...

Controlling Halide Segregation in Hybrid Perovskites Through Varied Halide Stoichiometry and Illumination Conditions

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
The halide segregation dynamics of a series of mixed halide perovskites are studied in which the halide stoichiometry varies over an unprecedentedly narrow range. It is found that small changes to the total stoichiometry substantially alter the halide segregation properties of the perovskite, with overstoichiometric samples segregating less rapidly but

Solvated PbI2 Clusters Preceding the Crystallization of Lead Halide Perovskites–a UV/VIS In Situ Study

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This work focuses on the crystallization dynamics in lead iodide perovskite films: In situ UV absorption spectroscopy reveals a PbI2‐DMF solvated (PDS) phase before nucleation, influencing perovskite formation. PDS clusters act as nucleation seeds, linking precursor solution concentration to crystallization.

On the Enhanced p‐Type Performance of Back‐Gated WS2 Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A scalable method for directly growing WS2 enables robust and persistent p‐type behavior in back‐gated FETs, independent of metal contacts, thickness, or ambient conditions. Electrical measurements reveal minimal Schottky barrier heights and stable thermionic transport, while first‐principles simulations suggest tungsten vacancies or WO3 species as the
