Advanced Science, EarlyView.Impaired anti‐tumor immunity is mediated by TREM2 + macrophages in non‐small cell lung cancer. TREM2 + macrophages prevent anti‐tumor immunity depending on the limitation of CD4 + T and NK cells. TREM2 promotes cholesterol efflux via ABCA1 to limit the production of CX3CL1 in macrophages.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study identifies CD74⁺ macrophages as key drivers of synovial inflammation in osteoarthritis (OA). The flavonoid luteolin is predicted to inhibit this pathway by blocking Nuclear Factor Kappa‐light‐chain‐enhancer of Activated B cells (NF‐κB) signaling. To enhance delivery, a targeted nanoplatform (MDSPL) is developed.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Cinnamic‐hydroxamic‐acid derivatives (CHADs) are identified as novel inhibitors of the bacterial nucleoid‐associated protein HU, exhibiting potent antibacterial, anti‐biofilm (both inhibition and eradication), and DNA relaxation (anti‐supercoiling) activities. Moreover, CHADs demonstrate strong synergistic effects with multiple antibiotics.
