头颈部鳞癌中染色体等位缺失研究

目的　探讨头颈部鳞状细胞癌 (SCCHN)染色体上等位基因的杂合性丢失 (LOH )和微卫星不稳定 (MI)的频率 .方法　采用聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)结合二核酸 (CA)n的重复序列多态性方法 ,选取 10个微卫星位点对 2 5例SCCHN手术配对组织进行分析 .结果　在2 5例SCCHN中 ,9例 (36 .6 % )组织至少有一个微卫星位点发生LOH .多数位点LOH的频率普遍比已报道的文献低 .有 5个位点 (D7S4 80 ,D7S52 2 ,D9S16 8,D9S30 4和D17S52 0
