Prediction of spontaneous onset of labor at term using clinical, ultrasound, and biochemical data: A multicenter prospective observational study (the PREDICT study)

open access: yesActa Obstetricia et Gynecologica Scandinavica, EarlyView.
A predictive model using routinely available clinical, ultrasound, and biochemical variables estimates the probability of spontaneous labor at term. Despite moderate discrimination, the model shows good calibration, supporting individualized counseling and shared decision‐making regarding expectant management and induction of labor.
