Calculating the intraocular lens (IOL) in patients after corneal refractive surgery presents a challenge. Because an overestimation of corneal power in cases undergone this surgery leading to a subsequent under-correction of IOL power. However, recent advancements in technology have eliable measurement of total corneal power.
