Optical Signature of Moiré Superlattices Formed by Twisted SrTiO3 Membranes

We discover optical signatures from bonded interfaces in twisted SrTiO3 moiré superlattices, including low‐frequency Raman vibrational modes and strong second‐harmonic generation, consistent with strong interlayer coupling inferred from cross‐sectional electron microscopy and ab initio calculations. Synthesis of AgBiS2 and AgInS2 Based on Formation Energies in Sulfur‐Rich Reducing Flame

High‐surface‐area AgInS2 and AgBiS2 nanoparticles were synthesized via enclosed flame spray pyrolysis by tuning flame conditions and formation energies to guide phase formation. Flame parameters were tuned to suppress oxides and enable pure sulfide phase growth.

Single‐Step Recovery of Water from Stable Crude Oil‐Water Emulsion Using Surface Engineered Hybrid Inorganic‐Polymer Membranes

Atomic layer deposition is used to conformally surface engineer polymeric membranes to fabricate inorganic–organic hybrid membranes. Decoupling Light Absorption From Photocatalytic Reactivity in TiO2 via Defect and Interfacial Engineering

A hybrid photoprotective material integrates N‐doped TiO2 with a metal‐phenolic network (MPN) to achieve broad‐spectrum attenuation and robust reactive oxygen species (ROS) suppression. Nitrogen doping extends attenuation into the UVA/high energy visible light (HEV) regions and facilitates fast charge recombination to inhibit ROS formation.

Performance Enhancement of Tin Chloride‐Incorporated Ferroelectric Polymer‐Based Artificial Synapse for Hardware Neural Networks

This paper proposes a highly efficient ferroelectric artificial synapse device based on an oxide semiconductor and SnCl2‐inserted P(VDF‐TrFE) gate dielectric layer. This FeFET significantly improved the synaptic performance due to the ion‐dipole interaction.
