Right Atrial Thrombus in Transit: A Case of Spontaneous Embolisation Captured Across Echocardiography

In this report, we describe a large RA thrombus in transit captured sequentially across multiple imaging modalities. This case highlights how quickly these thrombi can evolve and emphasises the need for individualised decision‐making when standard interventions are limited by clinical context.
