Structure of "ira-ira"(irritation).
The Japanese journal of ergonomics, 1992 “いらいら”の実態と構造を明らかにするために, 2種類の質問紙調査を行った. その結果, イライラの頻度では週2～3回が, イライラの対象では人間関係が, イライラの状況としては時間因子が関与しているときが最も多かった. イライラの構成要素は自分と状況である. イライラを生じさせる状況は, 自分がある目標に向かって計画に沿って行動している過程で, 自分の思いどおりにならないときである. しかも, その状況がある程度持続し, 自分の努力によってその状況を変えることができず, 目標が達成できるかどうかまだ不明なときである. そして, イライラの感じ方は本人の身体的・精神的状態によって大きく左右される.
