A high‐speed, multi‐color light‐sheet microscope, named quad‐SPIM, enables rapid three dimensional (3D) imaging of large cleared human brain samples with simultaneous four‐channel acquisition. This custom‐built system achieves subcellular resolution across centimeter‐scale volumes, maintaining high image quality.

In this work, we investigated the dynamic retinal pathology of glaucoma from onset to late stages through longitudinal in vivo high‐resolution imaging in a silicone oil‐induced ocular hypertension (SOHU) glaucoma mouse model. We developed an optimized adaptive optics two‐photon excitation fluorescence microscopy (AO‐TPEFM) technique for morphological ...

Faraday–Ramsey Rotation in Ultrathin Alkali Vapor Cells as an Analogy to Atomic‐Beam Systems
This work demonstrates that ultrathin rubidium vapor cells can emulate atomic‐beam behavior through geometry‐dependent velocity filtering. Employing a spatially separated pump–probe scheme and Faraday–Ramsey rotation, the study reveals coherent atomic dynamics without buffer gas or anti‐relaxation coatings. This approach offers a compact pathway toward

Botulinum Toxin Efficacy in Upper Limb Tremor: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis
Abstract Background Essential tremor (ET) and dystonic tremor syndrome (DTS) can be treated using botulinum toxin (BoNT) injections. Previous reviews lacked an assessment of the certainty of evidence and focused solely on clinician‐reported outcomes. Additionally, studies have demonstrated interindividual variability in BoNT efficacy. Objective The aim
