ABSTRACT Orthogonal translation systems (OTSs) enable site‐specific incorporation of non‐canonical amino acids (ncAAs) and are central to genetic code expansion. Current engineering strategies typically rely on hyperstable aminoacyl tRNA synthetase (aaRS) scaffolds to tolerate destabilizing mutations required for substrate diversification.

An Iris Image Super-Resolution Model Based on Swin Transformer and Generative Adversarial Network
The process of iris recognition can result in a decline in recognition performance when the resolution of the iris images is insufficient. In this study, a super-resolution model for iris images, namely SwinGIris, which combines the Swin Transformer and ...

A Metal‐Free Carbon Monoxide Prodrug Suppresses Metastasis of Pancreatic and Breast Cancer
A metal‐free carbon monoxide (CO) prodrug, CO‐116, delivers controlled systemic CO without inhalation. CO suppresses the HRG1–heme axis, reducing intracellular heme availability. Attenuation of this pathway inhibits metastatic progression in pancreatic and triple‐negative breast cancer models.
