Un cas d'atrophie médullaire chez un plongeur sous-marin professionnel

open access: yesThe Pan African Medical Journal, 2015
L'accident de décompression médullaire constitue la majorité des accidents de plongée (40 à 45%). Dans 20 à 30% des cas, les plongeurs conservent des séquelles neurologiques de gravité variable dont 10% de formes invalidantes.

Programmable three‐state nanoreactor for spatiotemporally controlled tumor therapy

open access: yesBMEMat, EarlyView.
The OMVs are shielded with a biocompatible Da–Ca shell, which prolongs its circulation period and promotes intratumoral accumulation. Importantly, the biocompatible Da–Ca shell can be controllably disintegrated in tumor microenvironment by using laser irradiation, generating in situ hyperthermia and releasing Ca2+.

Expression, Purification, and Microscopy‐Based Assays for Engineered Recombinant Tyrosinated, Detyrosinated, and Δ2 Human Tubulin

open access: yesCytoskeleton, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Microtubules are noncovalent polymers assembled from α/β tubulin dimers. Their structure, dynamics and interaction with effectors are regulated through the expression of diverse tubulin isotypes and chemically diverse posttranslational modifications, also known as the “tubulin code.” Understanding the biophysical correlates between tubulin ...

Modelling Sustainability Performance in Manufacturing Companies

open access: yesCorporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, EarlyView.
