Drug Testing and Analysis, EarlyView.A new extraction method was developed and validated for the extraction of THC and THC‐COOH from capillary blood samples collected as dried blood spots. The extracts were analysed using HPLC–MS/MS resulting in high extraction efficiencies for both THC and THC‐COOH.

Drug Testing and Analysis, EarlyView.This study compared GC‐MS/MS, EA‐IRMS, and LC‐MS/MS for detecting synthetic and manipulated urine samples in doping control and forensic analysis. EA‐IRMS proved particularly effective for identifying mixtures of synthetic and authentic urine, providing a reliable complement to established authenticity testing methods.

Drug Testing and Analysis, EarlyView.An ultrasensitive LC‐MS/MS method for detecting testosterone esters (T‐esters) in urine at sub–pg/mL levels is presented. This approach, employing Girard P derivatization, provides the first evidence of T‐esters' trace‐level detectability in human urine.
