TOTAL EDGE IRREGULARITY STRENGTH DARI GRAF K_n-{e}

open access: yesE-Jurnal Matematika, 2018
In this paper we determine the total edge irregularity strength of , that is a complete graph in which one of its edge has been removed. To do so, we make three cases.

Irregularity and Density of Irregular Intuitionistic Fuzzy Graphs

open access: yesIOSR Journal of Mathematics, 2014
In this paper we introduce the notion of Irregularity and total Irregularity of any Irregular Intuitionistic Fuzzy graphs and some results are present. Also Density, Balanced Irregular Intuitionistic Fuzzy graphs are discussed and some of their properties are established.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Mycobacterial cell division arrest and smooth‐to‐rough envelope transition using CRISPRi‐mediated genetic repression systems

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing and phenotypic exploration in nontuberculous mycobacteria. In this Research Protocol, we describe approaches to control, monitor, and quantitatively assess CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing in M. smegmatis and M. abscessus model organisms.

On Distance Irregular Labeling of Disconnected Graphs

open access: yesKragujevac Journal of Mathematics, 2022
A distance irregular k-labeling of a graph G is a function f : V (G) → {1, 2, . . . , k} such that the weights of all vertices are distinct. The weight of a vertex v, denoted by wt(v), is the sum of labels of all vertices adjacent to v (distance 1 from v), that is, wt(v) = P u∈N(v) f(u).

Age‐Related Characteristics of SYT1‐Associated Neurodevelopmental Disorder

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objectives We describe the clinical manifestations and developmental abilities of individuals with SYT1‐associated neurodevelopmental disorder (Baker‐Gordon syndrome) from infancy to adulthood. We further describe the neuroradiological and electrophysiological characteristics of the condition at different ages, and explore the associations ...

On Edge H-Irregularity Strength of Hexagonal and Octagonal Grid Graphs

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, 2022
The edge H-irregularity strength, ehsΓ,H, of a graph Γ is the smallest integer k, such that Γ has an H-irregular edge k-labeling. In this study, we compute the exact value of edge H-irregularity strength of hexagonal and octagonal grid graphs.

Harnessing Fungal Biowelding for Constructing Mycelium‐Engineered Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Mycelium‐bound composites (MBCs) offer low‐carbon alternatives for construction, yet interfacial bonding remains a critical challenge. This review examines fungal biowelding as a biocompatible adhesive, elucidating mycelium‐mediated interfacial mechanisms and their role in material assembly. Strategies to optimize biowelding are discussed, highlighting

Irregularity strength of dense graphs

open access: yesDiscrete Mathematics, 1991
Let \(G\) be a simple graph. Then positive integer weights can be assigned to the edges of \(G\) so that the weighted degrees of all vertices are distinct. An assignment of weights to the edges of \(G\) such that the weighted degrees of all vertices are distinct is called an irregular assignment of \(G\).

Laser Powder Bed Fusion of Copper–Tungsten Composites for Heat Sink Applications in High‐Power Electronics

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This article demonstrates the successful qualification of a copper–tungsten composite for laser powder bed fusion. The resulting components exhibited high density, high thermal conductivity, and reduced thermal expansion. Heat sinks with complex geometries were successfully manufactured, clearly showcasing the material's potential for additive ...
