일반적으로, 차량내부에서 사용되는 전동기는 높은 주변 환경 온도, 빈번한 구동ㆍ정지에 의한 기동전류 및 큰 진동에 항상 노출되어 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 유한요소해석을 이용하여 BLDCM의 기동 전류를 고려한 영구자석의 국부적인 감자해석 및 감자 내력을 향상시키는 회전자 형상 설계를 수행하였다. 결과적으로, 큰 기동 전류에 의해 기본 모델의 영구자석 끝단에 국부적인 불가역 감자가 발생하였으며, 이를 해결하기 위해 철심의 자로를 제한하는 자속 장벽을 설치하여 감자 내력 향상은 물론 구동 특성을 향상하였다.
