Optimized micro‐sized cell sphere‐matrix niche co‐aggregates promote efficient oral and craniomaxillofacial bone regeneration

The construct of cell‐niche co‐aggregates (GelMA‐SHED sphere‐DDMPs) promotes cranial and periodontal bone regeneration and ensures angiogenic‐osteogenic coupling by downregulating miR‐34c‐5p to enhance the expression of NOTCH1 and its intracellular domain (NICD).

Nacre‐inspired layered composite with excellent mechanical support and osteogenic potential for cervical interbody cage

The cervical interbody cage needs to take both biomechanical and biological requirements into account. Here, a new‐style degradable, multicomponent, and bioinspired nacre‐like cervical interbody cage composite, which exhibits promising mechanical‐support‐related behavior and osteogenesis‐related potential, is designed and prepared.
