[Population genetic structure of Isaria cicadae causing enzootic of cicadas nymphs].
Ying yong sheng tai xue bao = The journal of applied ecology, 2018The population genetic structure of Isaria cicadae, which caused enzootic of cicadas nymphs in three regions, was analyzed by ISSR marker. The results showed that all three enzootic populations showed high genetic diversity with the highest in the Jingtingshan population and the lowest in the Shitai population.

[Micro-morphological variation pattern of Isaria cicadae].
Wei sheng wu xue bao = Acta microbiologica Sinica, 2018To reveal the morphological pattern of Isaria cicadae. We observed 17 morphological characters and measured 75 strains of 15 populations in I. cicadae. Statistical analysis system (SAS) 8.1 was used to analyze the morphological data, the morphological pattern was analyzed in 15 populations of I.

The diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella is a notorious pest and has developed serious resistance to insecticides. Entomopathogenic fungi (EPF) have been developed as eco-friendly alternatives to insecticides. Insects rely on their immunity to defend against fungi. MicroRNAs are critical regulators of insect immunity.
